What are the differences of the common skin conditions eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea?

While eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea present with redness, itching, and dry skin, they have their distinct features. Eczema and rosacea both have raised bumps, but rosacea also presents with visible blood vessels, bumps with pus, and blushing or flushing. Meanwhile, psoriasis manifests with silvery or white scales.
