Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, and products we sell, an opened item is not eligible for a return. Therefore, Keep the product purchased and we will exchange product. Simply fill out the form below and let us know what you are not satisfied with and we will take steps to correct the issue and/or refund you the cost of the product.

For items to be eligible for a refund, the item purchased must be within 30 calendar days and unopened from time of purchase.

For items to be eligible for an exchange, the item purchased must be within 15 calendar days time from purchase.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
